About the Facilitators

  • Dr Douglas M. Lambert – Director of The Supply Chain Management Institute (SCMi), Florida
    • Dr Lambert is the editor and co-author of the SCMi Books and was the primary researcher on the team that worked with executives from leading corporations to develop the Supply Chain Management Framework, The Partnership Model and The Collaboration Framework.
  • Dr Matias G. Enz – Supply Chain Management Academic and Facilitator
    • Dr Enz has more than 15 years of experience working with companies globally to develop organisational capabilities in the areas of supply chain management, partnerships, and demand planning. Dr. Enz plays an integral role on the research team directed by Dr Lambert at The Global Supply Chain Forum, Fisher College, The Ohio State University.
